Abstract: A water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic free of stickiness and oiliness, having semi-transparent or transparent appearance to effect feel of freshness, and able to provide moisturized feel is provided. The water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic contains (a) a solid moisturizer, (b) a polyether-modified silicone, and (c) a silicone oil having a refractive index in the range from 1.380 to 1.420 at 25° C., wherein a moisturizer content is 22 mass % or more relative to the total amount of the cosmetic.

Abstract: An oil-in-water emulsion composition includes component (A): from 0.1 to 5% by mass of a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant, component (B): more than 0.02% by mass to less than 0.5% by mass of an anionic surfactant, component (C): from 0.5 to 6% by mass of a higher alcohol, and component (D): from 2 to 30 mmol/100 g of an organic acid and/or a salt and/or derivative thereof. The component (A) includes a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether and/or a polyalkylene glycol fatty acid ester.

Abstract: An external composition for skin comprises 0.1% by mass to 8% by mass of a non-emulsified silicone elastomer; a polyether-modified silicone surfactant; and a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant. The hydrophilic nonionic surfactant comprises a glycerin-derived surfactant. The polyether-modified silicone surfactant is 0.3 part by mass or more with respect to 1 part by mass of the silicone elastomer. The glycerin-derived surfactant is 0.2 part by mass or more with respect to 1 part by mass of the silicone elastomer. In a case where an amphoteric surfactant is included, the amphoteric surfactant is 1.5 parts by mass or less with respect to 1 part by mass of the glycerin-derived surfactant. The viscosity of the composition is 9,500 mPa·s or less.
