The vehicle includes a locking device and an opening and closing actuator. The locking device restrains the opening and closing body in a fully closed position. The opening and closing actuator displaces the opening and closing body by rotation of a motor to change the opening and closing body from one of two states including an open state and a closed state to another of the states. The lock release control device is configured to execute an open command acquisition process, a pull-in process, and a lock release process.
