  • Patent number: 7370841
Abstract: The crisscross fulcrum according to the present invention is formed as a continuous member by fabricating one elastic member in the form of a plate. Therefore, the rocking fulcrum member can be obtained as a precise fulcrum member at a low cost with reduced variations in the spring characteristic and can be easily assembled. Additionally, in the present invention, it is preferable that a heat treatment should be performed on the crisscross spring formed by fabricating the one elastic member in the form of a plate. By the heat treatment performed after fabricating for forming the crisscross spring, the spring characteristic is improved.

  • Patent number: 7194819
Abstract: An opposed type fulcrum member of a lever detector is constituted by a main body part having a U-shaped section and thin-walled parts each formed in opposed positions of two sides of the main body part, and two ends of the U-shaped main body part can rock, with the tin-walled parts serving as fulcrums. By performing the U-shaped working and thin-walled working of the main body part by press forming, a low-cost, uniform opposed type fulcrum member is obtained and it is possible to reduce the cost of the whole lever detector.

  • Patent number: 7117110
Abstract: In a measuring apparatus, a plurality of design values in design values substituted in the correction computation equations for correcting a geometrical measurement error inherent in the measuring apparatus are set as variables, the variables are optimized by a numerical solution to obtain optimized correction computation equations. A measured value is computed by using the optimized correction computation equations obtained. For optimization of the variables, a master work is measured and the variables are adjusted so that a measurement error is minimized.

  • Patent number: 5836808
Abstract: The rotational center of a grinding wheel is eccentric to a slicing side in a slice feed direction with regard to the rotational center of an inner diameter saw. As a result, the diameter of the grinding wheel can be smaller, and the slice movement distance of the ingot can be shorter. Therefore, it is possible to provide a low-priced slicing machine with built-in grinder wherein a slicing time is short and the grinding face is accurate.
