The system includes a control system configured to receive power from a power source, a heating pad configured to heat the equipment, the heating pad including at least one heating element, wherein the at least one heating element is a flexible semi-conductive self-regulating heating element, at least one thermal insulation layer positioned on one side of the at least one heating element, and a protective cover, wherein the at least one heating element and the at least one thermal insulation layer are sealed within the protective cover, and a power cable coupling the control system to the heating pad.
