  • Publication number: 20240110741
Abstract: A transport arrangement is provided for transporting a home appliance, particularly a cooling appliance having a housing defining an inner chamber. The transport arrangement includes a transport platform on which the home appliance is seated. The transport arrangement further includes one or more support devices connected to the housing from one side and to the transport platform from the other side, so as to support the housing from outside of the home appliance.

  • Publication number: 20230367835
Abstract: Implementations relate to determining whether and/or how to implement a user request to prevent a particular search result from being provided in response to a search query. Some of those implementations grant or deny the request based on processing of the particular search result, the search query, and/or account information for a user submitting the user request. For example, some implementations process such information utilizing a classifier in determining whether to automatically deny the request, automatically approve the request, or to provide the request for manual review. Some additional or alternative implementations at least selectively automatically expand (or suggest for automatic expansion) an approval of a request to search result(s) and/or to one or more search queries that are not specified in the request.

  • Patent number: 11276792
Abstract: Provided are methods for obtaining n-type doped metal chalcogenide quantum dot solid-state films. In some embodiments, the methods include forming an metal chalcogenide quantum dot solid-state film, carrying out a n-doping process on the metal chalcogenide quantum dots of the metal chalcogenide quantum dot solid-state film so that they exhibit intraband absorption, wherein the process includes partially substituting chalcogen atoms by halogen atoms in the metal chalcogenide quantum dots and providing a substance on the plurality of metal chalcogenide quantum dots, to avoid oxygen p-doping of the metal chalcogenide quantum dots. Also provided are optoelectronic devices, which in some embodiments can include an n-type doped metal chalcogenide quantum dot solid-state film (A) obtained by a method as disclosed herein and first (E1) and second (E2) electrodes in physical contact with two respective distanced regions of the film (A).

  • Patent number: 10866877
Abstract: A software instruction code repair system comprising an instruction code example pool. The example pool comprises a set of good instruction code examples and a set of bad instruction code examples. The software instruction code repair system further comprises a sequence-to-sequence (seq2seq) network that is configured to generate a corrected instruction code example, based on one example of the set of bad instruction code examples. The software instruction code repair system further comprises a discriminator configured to randomly select one of the corrected instruction code example and one instruction code example of the set of good instruction code examples to produce a selected instruction code example. The discriminator is further configured to make a determination that the selected instruction code example is most likely taken either the instruction code example pool or the seq2seq network.

  • Publication number: 20190122073
Abstract: This invention provides a system and method to propagate uncertainty information in a deep learning pipeline. It allows for the propagation of uncertainty information from one deep learning model to the next by fusing model uncertainty with the original imagery dataset. This approach results in a deep learning architecture where the output of the system contains not only the prediction, but also the model uncertainty information associated with that prediction. The embodiments herein improve upon existing deep learning-based models (CADe models) by providing the model with uncertainty/confidence information associated with (e.g. CADe) decisions. This uncertainty information can be employed in various ways, including (a) transmitting uncertainty from a first stage (or subsystem) of the machine learning system into a next (second) stage (or the next subsystem), and (b) providing uncertainty information to the end user in a manner that characterizes the uncertainty of the overall machine learning model.

  • Publication number: 20090221256
Abstract: Narrow band interference in a received pulsed radio signal is removed by first shifting the narrow band interference to a lower frequency using a non-linear filter, and the passing the shifted signal through a high pass filter before detecting energy in the pulsed radio signal. The pulsed radio signal can be an ultra-wideband signal, and the non-linear filter can use a Teager-Kaiser energy operator.
