Abstract: A method of providing employee assessment services includes negotiating with an employer to administer surveys to its employees, and obtaining performance metrics relating to performance of a business of the employer. A survey is designed to obtain feature metrics relating to features of business culture germane to the business of the employer, and the survey is administered to the employees via a web-based interface. Obtained survey data are analyzed to identify statistically significant, noteworthy, consistent, and non-contradictory linkages between the feature metrics and the performance metrics, and these linkages are communicated to the employer in a readily understandable fashion.
