  • Publication number: 20240091000
Abstract: A prosthetic heart valve may include a collapsible and expandable frame that, in an expanded condition, includes a central portion, an atrial portion flaring radially outwardly from the central portion, and a ventricular portion flaring radially outwardly from the central portion. A tube positioned within the frame may have a lumen extending along a longitudinal axis of the frame, wherein the tube is formed of tissue or fabric. Prosthetic leaflets may be directly coupled to the tube to form a valve allowing blood to flow through the lumen of the tube in an antegrade direction but substantially blocking blood from flowing through the lumen of the tube in a retrograde direction. A plurality of cords may each have a first end coupled to the frame and a second end coupled to the tube. Each of the plurality of cords may extend in a radial direction toward the longitudinal axis.

Abstract: Microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) switches are disclosed. Parallel configurations of back-to-back MEMS switches are disclosed in some embodiments. An isolation connection of constant electrical potential may be made to a midpoint of the back-to-back switches. In some embodiments, a separate MEMS switch is provided as a shunt switch for the main MEMS switch. MEMS switch device configurations having multiple switchable signal paths each coupling a common input electrode to a respective output electrode are also disclosed. The MEMS switch device includes shunt switches each coupling a respective output electrode to a reference potential. • Patent number: 11927472
Abstract: Modular storage systems include load sensors disposed beneath or in association with platforms. The load sensors are pulse-sampled for signals corresponding to loads at time intervals, rather than continuously, in order to conserve electrical power. An item associated with a transaction is identified based on a change in the loads, as determined from the pulse-sampled signals. The platforms are aligned at horizontal or non-horizontal angles, and photovoltaic power sources with banks of photovoltaic cells are mounted to front edges of the platforms. When a user reaches over one of the photovoltaic cells to access an item on a platform, a level of power or voltage generated by the photovoltaic cell is diminished. The item closest to the photovoltaic cell having the diminished power or voltage, or a customer that accessed the item, may be identified accordingly.

  • Publication number: 20240068348
Abstract: A system can display confidence values in a wellbore inversion model using a visual indicator. The system can receive downhole data relating to the wellbore from a downhole tool deployed in a wellbore of a geological formation during a wellbore operation. The system can additionally generate an inversion model of the geological formation by performing inversion processing on the downhole data. Furthermore, the system can determine confidence values for the downhole data in the inversion model. Additionally, the system can determine a depth of detection limit for the downhole data based on the confidence values. The system can output the inversion model, the depth of detection limit, and a visual indicator based on the confidence values for display at a display device for use in adjusting the wellbore operation.

  • Publication number: 20240067417
Abstract: A drinking vessel including a beverage container defining a drinking opening therethrough and a closure attachable to the beverage container to close the drinking opening. A first set of magnet units is coupled to the beverage container, and a second set of magnet units is coupled to the closure. When the closure is in a closed position, magnetic attraction between at least one magnet unit of the first set of magnet units and at least one magnet unit of the second set of magnet units holds the closure in place relative to the beverage container, thereby closing the drinking opening. When the closure is rotated away from the closed position, magnetic repulsion between at least one magnet unit of the first set of magnet units and at least one magnet unit of the second set of magnet units pushes the closure away from the beverage container.

  • Publication number: 20240069924
Abstract: A system is provided for automatically generating electronic artifacts using extended functionality. In particular, the system may use a template-based process to automatically generate artifacts based on a defined set of parameters and/or variables. The system may further use one or more plugins which may provide extended functionality with respect to the artifact generation process. Accordingly, the artifact generation process may include initializing a parameter list based on application parameters and/or plugin parameters, processing the parameters, generating variables based on the parameters, and replacing variables in scheme template files with appropriate values (e.g., user supplied or plugin generated values) to output an artifact file to a predetermined location. In this way, the system provides a robust and efficient way to automatically generate artifacts.
