  • Publication number: 20170039878
Abstract: A system and method are disclosed of exemplary embodiments for activating, navigating and controlling wellness protocols generated by expert systems algorithmic analysis of user qualitative and quantitative input data parameters in nine lifestyle areas: food, drink, movement, mind, wear, space, rest, self-care and social collaboration using a graphical systems interface and a user input device (mechanical pointing or touch) for displaying and navigating lifestyle/wellness protocols and purchasing related products and services and conducting social collaboration. The system operates on smart phones, tablet computers and desktop computers where lifestyle/wellness protocols are generated based on expert systems algorithmic analysis of qualitative and quantitative input data parameters (lifestyle data and bio-medical data).

  • Publication number: 20160364850
Abstract: This invention comprises a calibration methodology determined from the optical image area displayed by photons emitted by solid or liquid food. The method comprises calculating the square root of the mean area density image value which produces a “Life Force Index”, a novel indices for dietary planning, that can be used in conjunction with (or independently of) conventional caloric indices and nutrition indices of solid and fluid foods to help consumers of food products select biologically robust products and manufacturers of food products more precisely represent the bio-vitality of the products.

  • Patent number: 4934060
Abstract: A golfer's aid for helping a golfer determine the contour of a putting green and a method of assembling the golfer's aid are disclosed. The aid includes a plumb bob and a plumb line having a first end secured to the plumb bob and a second end secured to a cylindrical shaft which is mounted in a golf ball shaped casing. The casing has a first hemispherical half and a second hemispherical half which are snapped together to form the casing. When snapped together, the first and second hemispherical halves define a chamber for housing the plumb bob. The walls of the chamber, in turn, define an inner bore for receiving the plumb line and an outer bore for receiving the plumb bob. The first half of the casing also defines a round hole for rotatably receiving a first end of the shaft. The second half of the casing is provided with a shaft retaining ring for rotatably receiving the other end of the shaft.
