  • Publication number: 20240065757
Abstract: Systems and methods for neuromodulation therapy are disclosed herein. A method in accordance with embodiments of the present technology can include, for example, positioning a plurality of reference electrodes at the skin of a human patient and intravascularly positioning a plurality of ablation electrodes within a blood vessel lumen at a treatment site. The method can include obtaining impedance measurements between different combinations of the reference electrodes and the ablation electrodes and, based on the impedance measurements, identifying two or more electrode groups for treatment, where at least two of the electrode groups include a different one of the reference electrodes and a different one of the ablation electrodes.

  • Patent number: 7072296
Abstract: Wireless network demands continually increase as wireless service providers pursue additional service capabilities. In a cellular communication system, leased lines between remote cell sites and the corresponding Mobile Switching Offices (MSOs) remain a major operating cost. Bandwidth reduction by identification and elimination of payload data and control information which need not be fully replicated because it can be deduced from information accessible or previously transmitted allows fewer lines to support the same bandwidth. A wireless access gateway is operable to aggregate such redundant and regenerable data on a backhaul link between a wireless cell site and the corresponding mobile switching office (MSO) to provide low-latency, type specific lossless bandwidth reduction. The wireless access gateway identifies regenerable information and eliminates portions of the data which the device need not transmit because the data is redundant, or accessible or recreatable, at the receiving side.

  • Patent number: 4996714
Abstract: A camera is in communication with a microcomputer, having a memory. A plurality of communication controllers are in communication with the microcomputer, and each communication controller is in control of up to two monitors. Pictorial data from the camera is compressed and stored in the microcomputer memory. To display the pictorial data on a monitor, the monitor queries its associated communication controller which in turn queries the microcomputer. The microcomputer determines the location of the coded data associated with the pictorial document in the memory and decodes the coded data. The decompressed data is provided to the requesting monitor whereby to display the pictorial data on the screen of the requesting monitor.
