    Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. At four corners of the display panel where a first inorganic layer and a second inorganic layer are attached, the display panel is defined with a through hole filled with a stress-buffering component. As a result, stresses on a bending area of the display panel are reduced by the stress-buffering component, and the display panel is prevented from breakage due to stress concentration.

The displacement data is measured by the first displacement sensor and the second displacement sensor, so that a movable brake system test is achieved.

The fill material fills at least the first recess over the conformal dielectric layer. The fill material in the first and second recesses is recessed to below a top surface of the conformal dielectric layer. The recessed fill material in the first and second recesses is etched. Exposed portions of the conformal dielectric layer are etched. The second recess including the conformal dielectric layer and the recessed fill material disposed therein forms an alignment mark.

In a case that the current rises rapidly, the current thresholds are reduced and the switch is controlled by using the reduced current thresholds in the next switching period.
