  • Patent number: 6941995
Abstract: A lace-like structure of a hive-shaped Venetian blind comprises a blind body made up of a plurality of wave-like arc slats paired up into oval-shaped blind units in cross section. Each wave-like arc slat has a pair of extended flanges disposed at the front and rear sides thereof. Rollers with lace-producing convex edges disposed thereon are adapted to clamp tight the extended flanges thereof and synchronically seal up the pair-up wave-like arc slats via ultrasonic welding art with lace-like patterns cut at the extended flanges thereon via the lace-producing convex edges thereof. Thus, via the lace-producing rollers, the blind body thereof are automatically and synchronically assembled in ready and speedy manner to provide a Venetian blind with lace-like patterns disposed at the front and rear sides thereof in beautiful display.

  • Publication number: 20040226220
Abstract: A coupling structure for side bracket of door/window Venetian blind is mainly made up of a Venetian door/window unit, and a coupling board pivotally joined to one side of the Venetian door/window unit wherein the other side of the coupling board having a plurality of stepwise through holes equidistantly disposed thereon is securely fixed to an inner wall of a preset frame via screws. A flat elastic plate made of either plastic or soft foam materials is sandwiched between the coupling board and the inner wall of the preset frame. When the coupling board is screw joined to the inner wall thereof, the flat elastic plate clamped tight there-between will abut closely against the inner wall to fill up any fissures in case of rough surface on the inner wall thereof without any other silicon filling materials required, effectively sheltering sun or wind from coming in there-through as well as increasing the overall beauty of the door/window Venetian thereof in display.

  • Publication number: 20040007310
Abstract: An automatic shaping method for production of hive-like Venetian blinds being preset in width and full length, draping length (or folds thereof) beforehand via an electric equipment is consisted of several operation steps. First, half-produced hive-like slats of said blind are formed in the first sealing step of high frequency welding after two roller fabrics of the same width sent out separately via roller shafts are met at a material-feeding wheel, and then sealed at both corresponding edges thereof and printed with decoration patterns thereon via an ultrasonic wave device. Second, the step of glue-applying, said half-produced hive-like slats are applied with thermal molten glue at the bottom side thereof according to the pre-set draping length thereof before an automatic detection unit censors out the defectives for a cutting device to exclude the defectives thereof and divide said half-produced hive-like slats at a pre-set length.

  • Publication number: 20030131951
Abstract: A fixing mount for use on an upper beam of a Venetian blind is made up of a fixing seat, an adjusting roller and a roller. The fixing seat has a base board and a pair of vertically raised parallel walls which are obliquely extended with respect to the axial direction of the upper beam A of a blind. The ends of the parallel walls are located in fit abutment against the interior surfaces of the upper beam A. The two opposite longitudinal sides of the base board are also located slantly with respect to the axial direction of the upper beam A just as the two parallel walls, defining an angle less than 90 degrees to house an adjusting unit C. Thereby the adjusting unit C can be placed as close as to the fixing seat so as to make the distance between the end of the upper beam A and the adjusting unit C longer adapted for a wide range of window bracket.
