Abstract: A closure means for a bottle filled with a fluid comprises at least two closure disks that are each provided with at least one discharge opening at a common off-center position so that only in a singular relatively rotated position of these two disks a discharge of the bottled fluid will be made possible. This relatively rotated position is obtained by means of a fitting which may be fastened to the bottleneck through a turn-lock fastener and which has at least one discharge tube at a corresponding off-center position and interacting with the discharge opening of the one closure disk to rotate the same into the singular relative rotated position in which the discharge tube as well will be axially aligned with the discharge openings of the two closure disks. A third closure disk is preferably provided for presenting with a concentric guiding slot a first working element of a bayonet-type fastener the second working element of which is presented by the head portion of a coordinated discharge tube of a fitting.

Abstract: A nozzle head for the hand piece of a dental prophylactic apparatus comprises a connector having two members that are centered with respect to each other along an axis that is in common with the connecting end of an inner tube with a supply line for an abrasive powder material in mixture with air under pressure and also in common with the connecting end of an outer tube as fixed to the same connector member with a supply line for water under pressure through a transverse bore extending between the two connector members, the inner and outer tubes forming first and second orifices that preferably open towards a cup-shaped hollow space formed by a coaxially arranged circular collar.

Abstract: A prophylactic apparatus for cleaning teeth with a flow of air containing powder particles and a flow of water characterized by a first air line extending from a source of pressurized air through at least one filter to a mixing device, a first control device arranged in the first air line for controlling the flow therethrough, the mixing device having a chamber for receiving powder to be fluidized and mixed with air to form an air laden with powder particles, a nozzle connected to the first air line disposed above the level of the particles, a discharge opening disposed above the level of the particles in the chamber connected to a second air line extending to a second nozzle opening, a second control arrangement for controlling the flow of air laden with powder particles in the second air line and an arrangement for unclogging each filter by creating a backflow from at least the chamber of the mixing device and a portion of the first line.

Abstract: This high frequency voltage generator which may be used particularly in surgery for supplying an electric bistoury, comprises a power oscillator operating an output transformer. A chopping supply is placed in the direct control chain of the power oscillator. The output voltage of the generator is controlled by a first regulation loop whose reference value is increased by means of a positive feedback proportional to the output current.

Abstract: This ultrasonic generator comprises a transducer supplied by an oscillator via a transformer. The oscillator is supplied in parallel by a constant current generator and a voltage generator. Means are also provided to block the voltage generator as long as the impedance of the load remains lower than an adjustable threshold, so that the supply functions as constant current generator and, on the contrary, to block the current generator as soon as the impedance of the load exceeds the adjustable threshold, so that the supply then functions as voltage generator and limits the output power.
