The fish breeding device includes a box body, a controllable partition plate, an extraction pump, and the magnetizer; the controllable partition plate is arranged in the box body and used for dividing the inner space of the box body into a feeding area and a non-feeding area; the extraction pump is arranged on the controllable partition plate and used for exchanging the water body in the feeding area with the water body in the non-feeding area; the magnetizer is arranged on the outer wall of the box body corresponding to the feeding area, and used for magnetizing the water body of the feeding area. In the disclosure, fish eggs are further hatched by the magnetized water.
