In some embodiments, systems and methods are provided for modeling user interactions and generating interaction models. Each generated interaction model may be executable for controlling a context-driven user interaction. The interaction model may include data identifying one or more interaction objects and one or more modules that are executable in session(s) of the modeled interaction.

Abstract: A communication device and corresponding methods are provided. The device includes a display screen upon which information is displayed. A microprocessor configured to execute at least one notification program is provided that displays a notification descriptive of an access control request on the display screen. The at least one notification program is programmed to receive data indicative of an access control request and to receive data descriptive of the access control request. Additionally, the at least one notification program is further programmed to display a notification indicative of the access control request and comprising an explanation of the access control request based on the received descriptive data.

Abstract: A perfusion bioreactor and a perfusion device. Each perfusion device has a mesh structure, and an encapsulated organ tissue (EOT) disposed in the mesh structure. The EOT has a body with a thickness defined between a first surface of the body and a second surface of the body. The body has at least one channel extending into the body from one of the first and second surfaces to receive a fluid therein. The at least one channel has a diameter selected to diffuse solutes out of the fluid and into the body. The perfusion devices are arranged one adjacent to another and spaced apart from each other along the length of the bioreactor to receive fluid, and to perfuse the fluid to the EOT of each perfusion device and to the at least one channel therein. A method of processing blood plasma and an artificial liver system are also disclosed.

Abstract: Bin and shelf mounting systems including at least one mounting bracket and a bin or shelf and methods of installing said bins or shelves to a wall. The at least one mounting bracket configured with a truncated wedge shape and beveled side edges. The bin and shelf include at least one recess on a rear wall thereof. The at least one recess includes (i) a downward-facing cavity at a top portion of the recess, (ii) side edges that are beveled, and (iii) a truncated wedge shape complimentary to the at least one mounting bracket. Abstract: A canister including a lid and storage canister. The lid incorporates a gasket that is overmolded onto the lid during its manufacture. The gasket is exposed on both the upper and lower surfaces of the lid in order to provide a non-slip surface at the top portion of the lid and a sealing surface at the bottom of the lid for sealing a storage canister.

Abstract: Apparatus for producing an electrical signal that is indicative of a temperature is disclosed, the apparatus comprising: a first thin-film transistor TFT comprising a first source, a first gate and a first drain, the first drain being configured to receive a reference current; and a second TFT comprising a second source, a second gate and a second drain, the first and second gates both being configured to receive the same gate voltage, wherein the first and second TFTs are configured such that a temperature dependence of the first TFT differs from a temperature dependence of the second TFT, such that an output current at the second TFT and the second drain is dependent on temperature. The temperature dependence of the output current can be controlled by selecting suitable design parameters for the first and second TFTs. A method of designing the apparatus to produce an output current with a target temperature dependence is also disclosed.

Abstract: A mounting clamp for mounting an organizer or other structure to a pipe or pole. The mounting clamp comprises an outer shell that is formed with a semicircle opening and containing a flexible material that is attached to the outer shell at each end of the semicircular opening. The mounting clamp is pressed against the pipe or pole to cause the flexible material to stretch around the pipe or pole to secure the mounting clamp to the pipe or pole. The organizer or other structure being secured to the mounting clamp and thus the pipe or pole.
