In one embodiment, a method includes generating a community network of user profiles, each user profile associated with a specific geographic location, associating a first user with a first user profile, providing a first character expression associated with the first user profile, generating a first display view to include a three-dimensional map view embodied by the community network, the first character expression, and the first user profile represented at a location in the three-dimensional map view associated with the specific geographic location of the first user profile, and simultaneously representing other user profiles adjacent to the first user profile in the three-dimensional map view. The method may also include providing elements as a part of a commerce transaction and enabling the commerce transaction via a user profile.

Abstract: A method and system of security in a geo-spatial environment are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method of organizing a community network includes obtaining member data associated with a member of the community network, determining a location of the member based on the member data, storing the member data in a member repository, obtaining a personal privacy preference from the member, applying the personal privacy preference to a geo-spatial map, and displaying the member data on the geo-spatial map based on the personal privacy preference. The method may further include determining a community membership of the member based on the location, obtaining a group privacy preference associated with the community membership from the member, determining a validation level of the member, applying the group privacy preference to the geo-spatial map based on the validation level, and displaying the location on the geo-spatial map based on the group privacy preference.

Abstract: A method and system of holiday commerce and holiday expressions in a geo-spatial environment are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method of organizing a community network includes obtaining member data associated with a member of the community network, determining a location of the member based on the member data, storing the member data in a member repository, obtaining a selection of an occasion from the member, displaying decoration options associated with the occasion to the member, obtaining a purchase selection of decoration options from the member, and displaying a decoration representation associated with the decoration options at the location on the geo-spatial map. The method may further include obtaining a residence representation associated with the member, and displaying the residence representation at the location on the geo-spatial map. The method may also include delivering a decoration associated with the decoration options to the member.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and system of government structures in a geo-spatial environment are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method of organizing a community network includes obtaining a region on a geo-spatial map, obtaining a first subset of members of the community network associated with the region, determining a second subset of the members with a highest number of points from the first subset, creating a representative body (e.g., based on an activity level of each of the first subset) from the second subset, and enabling the representative body to manage a portion of the community network associated with the region. The method may further include obtaining votes from the first subset corresponding to an elected official of the region, determining one of the second subset with a highest number of the votes, and selecting the one of the second subset as the elected official.

Abstract: A method, system and apparatus of notifications in a geo-spatial social network are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method includes generating a community network of user profiles, each user profile associated with a specific geographic location, generating a display view to include a three-dimensional map view embodied by the community network and a user profile represented at a location in the three-dimensional map view associated with the specific geographic location of the user profile, and upon an occurrence of an event, generating a notification associated with the user profile. The method may also include generating the notification upon the occurrence of an event including creating, updating, modifying, moving and/or deleting the user profile, adding a wiki profile associated with the user profile, modifying and/or adding content associated with the wiki profile. The method may further include generating the notification intended for a destination and generating types of notifications.

In one aspect, a method includes identifying a hot news story, associating the hot news story with a specific geographic location, generating a map concurrently displaying a headline of the hot news story and the specific geographic location, and simultaneously generating in the map, profiles associated with a plurality of users surrounding the specific geographic location associated with the hot news story. The method may further include processing a submission form, having an audio file, a video file, a photo, and/or a comment, associated with the hot news story, of a neighboring user located a threshold distance away from the specific geographic location of the hot news story.

The method may includes placing a good and/or a service in the item group, and/or generating a frequency data, a pricing data, a unit data, and/or a time data. The method may further include geo-fencing the item group in an area that encompasses a neighborhood community in a threshold geographical radius from the registered user who creates the item group.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system of a campaign in a geo-spatial environment is disclosed. In one embodiment, a method includes populating each profile of a geo-spatial social network with an address data, forming a group in support of a campaign in the geo-spatial network when a particular user creates the group in support of the campaign and automatically communicating media to a physical location of a member of the group based on the address data associated with each profile of the geo-spatial network. The method may also include automatically creating the group based on a public data associated with each profile of the geo-spatial social network even prior to certain users associated with each profile registering geo-spatial social network by applying the public data to the each profile.
