    Abstract: A brewing bag includes liquid-permeable filter material for use in a filter coffee brewing apparatus and has an essentially cylindrical or prismatic shape with a bottom part, a jacket and a cover part. The wall of jacket is reinformed near the cover part and has a collar which protrudes over the cover part. An optimal brewing effect is achieved through forming the brewing bag in this special way.
