Abstract: The present invention is directed to a fluidic interface for delivering a fluid into a microfluidic device, the interface comprising a chamber comprising a first accepting/delivering fluid opening and a second accepting/delivering fluid opening, each opening being positioned opposite to the other, wherein the diameter of the first accepting/delivering fluid opening is smaller than the internal diameter of the chamber and a tubing system connecting the first accepting/delivering fluid opening to a pressure source capable of generating positive or negative pressure.
