  • Patent number: 8589283
Abstract: Methods and systems for facilitating post offer communication with a prospective borrower using an on-line lending system (110) are provided. The post offer communication is in response to non-acceptance of an electronic loan offer. The on-line lending system receives an electronic loan application (100) from client terminal (101). The electronic loan application (100) contains applicant credential data, such as personal information (202) and financial information (302). When a loan offer (500) is presented on the client terminal (101), the on-line lending system (110) waits a predetermined time for an electronic signal indicating acceptance of the loan offer (500). When such electronic signal is not received within the predetermined time, a pending loan offer application (800) is transmitted to a call center terminal (1414).

  • Publication number: 20090063320
Abstract: A method and system for completing on-line electronic installment loan application (101) completion includes requesting verification documentation from a borrower. Specifically, upon receipt of a partially completed on-line loan application, an analyzer (107) checks personal information, financial information, or banking information provided by the prospective borrower. Where anomalies are detected, a request generator (110) generates a prompt for the user to submit various verification documentation. A document generation utility (111) optionally generates a fax cover sheet, which may include an identifying barcode, that the prospective borrower may used to fax back the verification documentation. Such documentation is received by a facsimile transmission receiver (109).

  • Publication number: 20090060165
Abstract: A system (100) and method (900) for routing customer transaction requests, such as electronic installment loan applications (101) is provided. The routing facilitates efficient workflow between a plurality of customer service centers (103, 104, 105) by generating a number within a predetermined range and associating it with the incoming customer transaction request. Each customer service center (103, 104, 105) has associated therewith a subset range of the predetermined range. A queue item builder (110) builds a queue item by querying a database (109) to determine to which customer service center (103, 104, 105) the customer transaction request is to be sent based upon the number and the subset ranges associated with each customer service center (103, 104, 105). A routing module (111) then directs the customer transaction request to the proper customer service center (103, 104, 105).

  • Patent number: 4017312
Abstract: A method of manufacturing an article carrying a relief image intended for printing comprises exposing to an appropriate activating radiation the surface of a receptor material having at least a part of its thickness from the surface thereof formed of a homogeneous mixture of a solid material whose aptitude for softening when heated is modified when it is exposed to said activating radiation, and of at least one substance which releases a gas upon being heated, in such a manner as to transcribe therein a latent image in the form of differences in aptitude for softening and by heating the receptor material to a temperature such that its exposed parts and its non-exposed parts are softened to different degrees, said temperature being at least equal to that at which said substance releases said gas, thereby causing swelling of the exposed parts and the non-exposed parts to different heights thereby forming a relief image based on differential capacity for softening.
