  • Publication number: 20010042564
Abstract: A safety device for shutting off the flow of gas to a gas-fired appliance in the presence of flammable vapors. A flammable vapor sensor is inserted in the circuit supplying a solenoid actuated valve with power from a thermocouple. The sensor responds to the presence of a flammable vapor with an increase in resistance. When a critical concentration of flammable vapors is achieved, the voltage drop across the sensor causes the solenoid actuated valve to close.

  • Patent number: 5961046
Abstract: A shower fixture of the present invention has an inner/outer spray ring. More specifically, the shower fixture employs a spray ring which defines plurality of grooves on the inner and outer circumferences thereof. The grooves have varying notch angles to produce water sprays in varying directions. The shower fixture of the present invention also employs a spray ring retainer which has a ring portion and multiple legs extending from the ring portion. The ring portion supports the spray ring from the bottom of the spray ring. The shower fixture of the present invention is capable of producing shower sprays of varying intensities and directions.

  • Patent number: 5791615
Abstract: A slide bar assembly for holding one or more containers or other items is provided. The assembly includes an adaptor that slides along a cylindrical or rectangular bar. The adaptor slides along the bar by using one of two bores disposed in the adaptor. The bores are displaced from each other by a fixed angular distance. When a container or other item is placed on the opposite end of the adaptor, the item is held in place. When the adaptor is lifted, it can easily slide along the bar to various positions.

  • Patent number: 5398872
Abstract: A multifunction showerhead or hand held showerhead assembly, capable of providing a series of water spray effects. The primary components of the showerhead assembly are a fluid directing valve assembly which includes a pair of generally cup shaped members co-axially mounted with opposing end faces proximate to one another. One of the generally cup shaped members has a bottom surface defining a plurality of fluid flow passageways. When the second member is rotated in opposing relationship to the base of the first member, the fluid flow passageways direct the fluid flow from an orifice in the first member to a pair of outlet passages, or alternatively to a sealed chamber.
