Prime examples are the in-vivo or ex-vivo photodynamic treatment (PDT) of skin diseases, cancer/tumors, psoriasis, mood disorders, bladder infections, promoting wound closure, recovering spinal cord injuries, and countering muscle/bone atrophy.
