Abstract: Disclosed are aqueous polyurethane compositions which contain at least one aqueous polyurethane dispersion, at least one compound blocked with isocyanate groups, at least one means for improving sliding behaviour, at least one surface-active and flow-control agent as well as optionally conventional bonding agents, dyes and/or pigments. Said aqueous polyurethane dispersions are useful for coating elastomers for obtaining a surface that has a very low coefficient of friction. Elastomer components that are coated according to the invention are useful for sealing window channels, for moveable glass components and/or as profiled joints in vehicle manufacturing, preferably in automobile manufacturing.

Abstract: Two-component polyurethane binding agents based on a polyester polyol with an aliphatic or cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate and a curing-agent component based on polyamine mixtures are suitable as UV-resistant flocking adhesives for the flocking of polymeric substrates. These adhesives can be processed in accordance with all standard processing techniques and result in flocked articles with high UV resistance and good abrasion resistance.

Abstract: The invention relates to one- or two-component polyurethane lacquers for coating elastomers containing polyurethane prepolymers with an average of two or more isocyanate groups per molecule which have been prepared by mixing alcohols having a functionality of two or higher with an excess of isocyanate compounds having a functionality of two or higher and solvents, characterized in that a compound containing iron oxide is added in an extremely large quantity to improve surface slip, and to the production and use of such one- or two-component polyurethane lacquers.

Abstract: Heat curable adhesives, based on polybutadiene containing hydroxyl groups, which have a content of (a) polybutadiene having a number average molecular weight of from about 1000 to 3500 and OH values in the range from about 20 to 100; (b) blocked multi-isocyanates, (c) sulfur and (d) conventional vulcanization accelerators, an which may also contain conventional, especially mineral, fillers, pigments and/or auxiliaries, show good elasticity behavior and high tensile shear strength after curing and have a relatively low viscosity favorable for processing before curing.
