  • Publication number: 20240099007
Abstract: A microelectronic device comprises a stack structure comprising a stack structure comprising a vertically alternating sequence of conductive structures and insulative structures arranged in tiers, the stack structure divided into block structures separated from one another by slot structures, strings of memory cells vertically extending through the block structures of the stack structure, the strings of memory cells individually comprising a channel material vertically extending through the stack structure, an additional stack structure vertically overlying the stack structure and comprising a vertical sequence of additional conductive structures and additional insulative structures arranged in additional tiers, first pillars extending through the additional stack structure and vertically overlying the strings of memory cells, each of the first pillars horizontally offset from a center of a corresponding string of memory cells, second pillars extending through the additional stack structure and vertically ove

  • Patent number: 5346474
Abstract: Disclosed is a syringe assembly which greatly reduces the chances of an operator coming in contact with an infectious needle. The syringe assembly is initially provided with its needle retracted within its barrel, in a sterile and safe environment. When used, the needle is engaged by the plunger, and locked in place at the forward end of the syringe barrel. Before disposal, the needle is withdrawn back into the barrel, and the plunger is broken off. Thus, the disposed of syringe is incapable of being reused, and there is little or no danger of accidental punctures, because the needle is retained within the syringe barrel.

  • Patent number: 5338303
Abstract: The improvements in shielded safety syringes described herein provide a safe and simple mechanism to reduce and preferably eliminate accidental needle-stick injuries. The improvements described herein further provide a safe and simple means to prevent unauthorized reuse of the syringe. The improved syringe of the present invention locks the needle assembly in the shield member after use, preventing reuse and accidental needle-stick injuries.

  • Patent number: 4068808
Abstract: A two part molded plastic reel wherein the parts are alike, and each part comprises a flange and a part of the spool, said spool parts being axially telescoped together to complete the reel. Each spool part has an exterior semi-flexible tooth member thereon which engages with a complementary inner fixed tooth member on the other part, so that the two spool parts when shoved together form a complete double wall spool which cannot be separated thereafter.
