  • Patent number: 11597259
Abstract: An ionized air delivery system, such as a vehicle ionized air delivery system, includes an outlet body that is situated within a duct of a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The outlet body delivers ions to air flow in the duct of the HVAC system. The outlet body has an outer surface that is generally spherical at a region of the outer surface that confronts the air flow in the duct. Further, the outlet body has an outlet passage with a primary axis that is directed away from an exit of the duct of the HVAC system. Air flow in the duct passes across an exit opening of the outlet body and draws ions out of the outlet passage to mix with the air flow in the duct of the HVAC system.

  • Publication number: 20230025502
Abstract: Network architectures interface with several real-time streams that control network operation. The network can analyze stream data by storing incoming raw stream data, processing the data, and controlling network operations based thereon. Specific packets, bits, flags, fields, or messages may be targeted, including HL7 ADTs. Data is queued for processing in a FIFO manner to avoid timeline mistakes. The network sets a configuration value based on the data analyzed in this time ordering, and a relational database can be updated in real-time with these values as stream data is incoming. Separate clean-up functions separately manage the database by adjusting the values as they become old. Timeline information is generated and selectively broadcast based on the operations value, potentially with additional information from the targeted data. The network selectively provides this information to users interfaces and displays as dictated by the operating value and information calculated therefrom.

  • Publication number: 20220315845
Abstract: A process for recovering catalyst from a fluidized catalytic reactor effluent is disclosed comprising reacting a reactant stream by contact with a stream of fluidized catalyst to provide a vaporous reactor effluent stream comprising catalyst and products. The vaporous reactor effluent stream is contacted with a liquid coolant stream to cool it and transfer the catalyst into the liquid coolant stream. A catalyst lean vaporous reactor effluent stream is separated from a catalyst rich liquid coolant stream. A return catalyst stream is separated from the catalyst rich liquid coolant stream to provide a catalyst lean liquid coolant stream, and the return catalyst stream is transported back to said reacting step.

  • Publication number: 20220211474
Abstract: This disclosure is directed to systems and methods for automatically resetting pause control on an oral irrigator. The methods use a resilient device which stores potential energy when the oral irrigator is turned on or the pause control feature is turned off. The stored potential energy is then released and switches the pause control feature on when the oral irrigator is turned off or placed on its stand. The pause control assembly includes a slider coupled to the valve, where the slider has a first protrusion; a return which makes contact with a first protrusion of the slider; and a stopper, which in the closed position prevents the return from moving. The automatic pause control reset can also include a pressure plate and a pressure chamber which respond to a change in fluid pressure to permit the opening of a pause control valve.

  • Publication number: 20220193654
Abstract: Vent gases from a catalyst cooler are directed downstream or outside of the catalyst regenerator to avoid sending air to a location where after burn may occur. Vent gases contain oxygen that when contacted with carbon monoxide in regenerator flue gas can cause after burn to occur at a location which lacks sufficient catalyst density to serve as a heat sink. Locating the cooling media supply in the top of the catalyst cooler enables cooled catalyst to drain from the bottom of the catalyst cooler and fitting more cooler tubes in the catalyst cooler.

  • Publication number: 20220135887
Abstract: A fluidized catalytic reactor system cycles from 0.05-5% of catalyst at a time through a rejuvenation unit to be heated in the presence of oxygen to maintain catalyst activity. The use of the rejuvenation unit that may be 2% of the size of the main catalyst regeneration unit allows for reduction in equipment size and in catalyst inventory. The catalyst that is sent to the rejuvenation unit may be spent catalyst but may be partially or fully regenerated catalyst. The rejuvenation unit may be heated by combusting fuel or by hot flue gas.
