  • Publication number: 20240127896
Abstract: A storage device includes a storage array having multiple decks of NAND cells in a three dimensional (3D) stack. There can be any number of decks that have multiple wordlines in vertical stacks. The decks include a first deck and a second deck. Bias circuitry can apply different voltages to different decks of the storage array. The bias circuitry can apply a low bias to the first deck, with a first voltage low enough to not turn on the NAND cells of the first deck, and simultaneously apply a high bias to the second deck, with a second voltage high enough to turn on the NAND cells of the second deck.

  • Patent number: 11799901
Abstract: Examples include a method of predictive rate limiting for performing services requested by a client in a cloud computing system. The method includes receiving a request from a client for one of a plurality of services to be performed, the client belonging to an organization; and determining a current threshold for the organization by applying a real time data model and a historical data model, the real time data model generating a first threshold at least in part by determining a number of requests received from the organization over a first preceding period of time; the historical data model generating a second threshold, the historical data model being generated by applying a machine learning model to historical data stored during processing of previous requests for the plurality of services from the organization over a second preceding period of time, the current threshold being the average of the first threshold and the second threshold.

  • Publication number: 20230159619
Abstract: A trigger-responsive immune-inactivating signaling polypeptide disclosed herein can include a modulating domain and an immune-inactivating moiety, such as a dominant negative signaling moiety or constitutively active signaling moiety. A modulating domain can be characterized by an ability to adopt a first state and a second state, and to transition between the first state and the second state when exposed to a trigger. When the modulating domain is in its first state, the immune-inactivating signaling moiety can be inhibited, and when the modulating domain is in its second state, the inhibition can be relieved. Further disclosed herein are compositions for the delivery of a trigger-responsive immune-inactivating signaling polypeptide. Also, methods for using a trigger-responsive immune-inactivating signaling polypeptide, including to regulate an activity of immune system cells, are disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20170293708
Abstract: Configuring a hardware system includes providing a first data representative of a first assignment of a multitude of wires to a multitude of physical connections between a multitude of logic circuits of the hardware system, and transforming the first data into a second data representative of a second assignment of the multitude of wires to the multitude of physical connections. The transforming includes calculating a multitude of latencies each associated with a selected one of the multitude of wires, and assigning a first subset of the multitude of wires to at least one of the multitude of physical connections in accordance with a first improvement goal. The transforming causes the value of each one of the multitude of latencies that are associated with the first subset to be less than or equal to the first improvement goal, when the second data is used to configure the hardware system.

  • Publication number: 20130021604
Abstract: An automated 450 mm wafer sample stage for ellipsometers. The sample stage includes a plurality of sample support pins and sample guides for precision positioning. The sample support pins and sample guides may be mounted on the same holding arm which is electronically controlled by a computer user interface. The sample support pins and sample guides are raised to a predefined height to allow sufficient space for a 450 mm be transferred with a vacuum wand onto the support pins and position guides. By electronically lowering the support pins below the surface of the sample stage plate, the 450 mm wafer is placed on the ellipsometer's sample stage without any stress to the wafer surface.
