The modular electrode includes an elongated conduit body comprising a power receiving end and a conduit connecting end opposite the power receiving end; and a plurality of ion generating elements occupying different radial positions around a perimeter of the conduit body, the ion generating elements generating negative ions or positive ions in response to an applied alternating current. A first electrical connector on the power receiving end is connectable to a second electrical connector on the conduit connecting end of another conduit body, such that a plurality of conduit bodies can be connected together in a series. The housing is connected to a power receiving end of one of the conduit bodies of the modular electrode.

Each state indicates whether the IDE enables a game developer to interact with the respective game engine and/or game(s) created by the respective game engine. A subset of the game engines is caused to be displayed to the game developer based at least in part on the IDE enabling the game developer to interact with each game engine in the subset and/or game(s) created by the respective game engine. A selection indicator, which indicates that a game engine is selected from the game engines in the subset, is received. An integration infrastructure, including a game engine-agnostic messaging protocol and game engine-agnostic messages, is provided. At least a portion of game code and/or test unit(s) are run and/or debugged using the IDE in a context of the selected game engine.

Abstract: A method for wet processing of hemp fibers for commercial use is provided. The method includes steps of loading raw hemp fibers with water into a vessel and heating the contents of the vessel. The method also includes the addition of a sequence of certain chemical compounds, which include a scouring agent, a wetting agent, a caustic compound, an acidic compound, a lubricant, and a softening agent. The water may be heated to boiling during the process to aid in opening up the fibers during processing. Peroxide is not utilized in the process. The process produces commercially viable quantities of hemp fibers that are soft, clean, and easily spinnable while maintaining fiber burst strength.

Abstract: Systems and methods for computer-aided real estate appraisal using homeowner-directed videography via a personal computer device. The methods include an app on the homeowner device that provides directed videographic-based appraisal through the home. Captured video is then sent to a server for post-processing and analysis, followed by a professional appraisal and issuance of an appraisal report. Various features may modify the videographic data to remove irrelevant data that could bias the appraisal (such as personal information about the seller) and identify data relevant to the appraisal that might otherwise be overlooked. Machine learning models may be used to assess and determine the current state of the property based on the videographic data.
