  • Patent number: 9641215
Abstract: A transceiver arrangement (200) for a fixed point-to-point radio link. The transceiver arrangement (200) comprising a transceiver (215) connected to a first antenna (210) and to a second antenna (220). The transceiver (215) being arranged to transmit a first transmit signal (211) via the first antenna (210) in a first frequency band (f1), the transceiver (215) also being arranged to receive a first receive signal (212) via the first antenna (210) in a second frequency band (f2), the transceiver (215) further being arranged to transmit a second transmit signal (221) via the second antenna (220) in the second frequency band (f2), the transceiver (215) also being arranged to receive a second receive signal (222) via the second antenna (220) in the first frequency band (f1).

  • Patent number: 9282508
Abstract: The embodiments herein relate to a method in a near end radio link node for controlling power consumption in a radio link system. The near end radio link node is connected to a far end radio link node via a radio link. The near end radio link node obtains a granted rate of traffic on the radio link between the near end radio link node and the far end radio link node. The near end radio link node obtains a demanded rate of the traffic between the near end radio link node and the far end radio link node. The near end radio link node controls power consumption for the radio link system based on the granted rate and the demanded rate.

Abstract: The embodiments herein relate to a method in a near end radio link node (201n, 501n) for controlling power consumption in a radio link system (200, 500). The near end radio link node (201n, 501n) is connected to a far end radio link node (201f, 501f) via a radio link (202). The near end radio link node (201n, 501n) obtains a granted rate of traffic on the radio link (202) between the near end radio link node (201n, 501n) and the far end radio link node (201f, 501f). The near end radio link node (201n, 501n) obtains a demanded rate of the traffic between the near end radio link node (201n, 501n) and the far end radio link node (201f, 501f). • Patent number: 6732922
Abstract: A system for Internet Enablement of automatic fare collection devices, such as smart cards, interfaces to smart card fare systems to increase the ability to sell and process transit payments and to collect entry permits or tickets at an access device or fare collection equipment. The system comprises a server containing a database for storing accounts of individual cardholders where each smart card is associated with a unique account. A patron or cardholder accesses his account via a terminal containing a web browser to purchase entry permits. Once the entry permits have been purchased, the cardholder presents his card to an access device which communicates with the server to determine if there are any pending entry permits. If there are any pending entry permits associated with the access device, the entry permit is written to the smart card and the other entry permits remain pending until the cardholder presents the card at the appropriate access device.
