Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for assessing a mental state of a subject in a single session or over multiple different sessions, using for example an automated module to present and/or formulate at least one query based in part on one or more target mental states to be assessed. The query may be configured to elicit at least one response from the subject. The query may be transmitted in an audio, visual, and/or textual format to the subject to elicit the response. Data comprising the response from the subject can be received. The data can be processed using one or more individual, joint, or fused models. One or more assessments of the mental state associated with the subject can be generated for the single session, for each of the multiple different sessions, or upon completion of one or more sessions of the multiple different sessions.

  • Publication number: 20220198588
Abstract: Disclosed are various aspects of computer-implemented systems and methods for comparing real estate properties. In one aspect a real estate mobile application is provisioned, wherein the application has a compare home engine. The application allows users to select listings from a database and then filter the listings based on image views, such as kitchen, bathroom, etc. The compare home engine on the real estate mobile application reads metadata or otherwise uses an image search engine or algorithm to identify and tag with metadata the images from the database. The application then displays the tagged images in an easy viewing format so that the user can more readily compare the various rooms.

  • Publication number: 20220194828
Abstract: An ozone generator for a hot tub, the ozone generator comprising an elongate body comprising an inlet and an outlet to define a flow path therealong and first and second electrodes spaced apart to define a gap therebetween, said gap being provided along the flow path. The ozone generator is configured to apply an electrical charge to the first and second electrodes, in use, to generate an electric arc discharge across the gap. The ozone generator further comprises a shielding arrangement configured to isolate the first and second electrodes from the electric arc discharge generated during use. By isolating the electrodes from the electric arc discharge, they are shielded from surface oxidation and subsequent corrosion caused by the electric arc discharge, thereby improving service life.

  • Publication number: 20220201095
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices may be used to support freshness-based processing of requests. Freshness-based processing may involve the service layer examining the age of stored content (e.g., resource representation) that it hosts and determining whether it is fresh enough to satisfy a retrieve or discovery request with a specified freshness requirement. If not fresh, the service layer can contact an application to refresh the content. In addition, freshness-based processing can also involve the service layer examining the semantic state of a command oriented update request to determine whether its state is fresh or not with respect to prior commands processed by the service layer. For example, the service layer may compare stored content associated with controlling a particular application (e.g. door is locked) and against the semantic content of an update request (e.g., unlock door) to determine whether it is the same (e.g., stale) or not (e.g., fresh).

  • Publication number: 20220199816
Abstract: III-N e-mode high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) including a dopant diffusion spacer between an impurity-doped III-N material layer and a III-N polarization layer of the HEMT material stack. The spacer may be a substantially undoped III-N material, such as GaN. With the diffusion spacer, P-type impurities within the pGaN are setback from the polarization layer sufficiently to avoid significant levels of P-type impurities from entering the III-N material interface where the 2DEG resides. With the diffusion spacer, clustering of impurities near the 2DEG may be avoided and a III-N e-mode HEMT may achieve higher drive currents.
