The first and second support portions each include an upper surface configured to support portions of the body of the patient thereon. One of the first and second support portions is pivotally attached to the base portion, and moveable between a first position and a second position. The pivotal movement between the first and second positions of the one of the first and second portions serves in repositioning the body of patient to manipulate the spine of the patient.

The tray includes a bottom having a perimeter and a sidewall extending along the perimeter of the bottom to form a cavity sized to receive the food product. The sidewall defines an opening for the food product to be placed into the cavity. The tray also includes a flange extending from an edge of the sidewall and around the opening. The flange has a single layer first area with a first thickness and a second area comprised of at least two layers with a second thickness. The second thickness is at least twice as thick as the first thickness. The ultrasonic bonds extend along the entire sidewall of the container to form a continuous, hermetic seal between the cover and the tray around the opening.

    Abstract: A tool that will enable one person to easily review alternate wall positions for major décor items, and complete the required installation. The frame of tool is ruled from the mid-point outward, with a bubble-level at the tool center, and RH and LH Sliders that would be set to provide a virtual display of the top corners of the décor item to be installed. A simple added procedure can add display of all 4 corner positions. The tool has deployable adhesive tabs (DAT)s that can be engaged to a wall surface to firmly hold the tool in position on wall. This feature allows the decorator to stand back for wide views of a position without any measuring or marking. When a position is decided, the drill guides in the Sliders are in position to install dual wall-anchors. Long versions of tool would use new design composite hinges to have a frame that folds lengthwise.

    Abstract: A floor anchor assembly for cargo vans that mounts totally below surface of cargo floor, but will provide for tie-down attach points above the cargo floor. Such anchor assemblies combine a rigid frame with a high strength web-cable that forms a loop. The web-cable loop from the anchor will rout through the center of the anchor and extend upward to pass through a narrow slot cut into the cargo floor panel. When the loop end is fully extended, the top of the loop will be just above floor surface for use as a tie-down point. When particular anchor loops are not needed, the extended loop-ends are merely pushed down into the slot to allow for easy roll and slide of cargo pallets and boxes. The loop-ends are immediately retrievable using a tool like a small screwdriver.

    Abstract: A cam buckle frame includes a first roller aligned transversally across the frame proximate the free end of an operating lever of a web toothed locking cam. The roller directs the web in contact with the operating lever of the locking cam to provide a self-locking feature without requirement for a torsion spring. Other transverse posts and rollers may be included in the web clamp frame and the corresponding hook end of the tie-down to form a secured pulley arrangement to provide a multiplication of applied tension force. One end of the frame side-wall adjacent said first roller may form an integral hook assembly with a structural latch. An option is to have the frame closed out by connecting opposing walls with a section that provides a center port to allow attachment of various style hooks. A pivoting hook-end used to connect to soft hook loops is described.

    Abstract: A wall hook useful for hanging framed pictures and other objects on a wall. The hook is formed form metal sheet, configured to provide a narrow aperture to contain the selected hanging wire. That hook aperture can be easily adjusted in size using conventional tools to bring the opening to a close slip fit to the actual wire diameter thereby further reducing any possibility that the wire would escape during seismic activity. A dual post wall hook embodiment can be installed using a latch arm that closes the aperture of wall hook to further secure the hanging wire.
