Abstract: A cable cleat assembly designed to secure cables during short circuit events. The cable cleat assembly is formed from a one-piece metal shell. The metal shell includes a bottom, sides extending from the bottom, and clamping flanges extending from the distal end of each side. The clamping flanges are double hemmed clamping flanges to reinforce the cable cleat assembly.

Abstract: A releasable cable tie having a cable tie head, a neck, and a strap body. The cable tie head includes a strap passageway extending from an entrance end at the bottom of the cable tie head to an exit end at the top of the cable tie head. The cable tie head also includes a locking wedge and a release mechanism pivotally connected to the locking wedge. The strap body includes a plurality of teeth on one side of the strap body. The strap body wraps around the cables and extends through the strap passageway engaging the locking wedge to secure cables. When desired, the release mechanism is lifted to disengage the locking wedge from the teeth of the strap body to release the cables.

Abstract: A cable management assembly that mounts cables to a ladder rack. The cable management assembly includes a thermal expansion block, a cable attachment beam, and a bracket. The thermal expansion block is positioned on a ladder rung of the ladder rack. The thermal expansion block has a top, a bottom, a first side, a second side, and ends. The first side and the second side of the thermal expansion block have an opening there through that receives the cable attachment beam. The bracket secures the thermal expansion block and attached cable attachment beam to the ladder rung.

The cleat assembly has an upper shell, a lower shell rotatably coupled to the upper shell, and a first fastener to secure the upper and lower shells. The bracket assembly has a C-shaped bracket having a first leg and a second leg extending parallel to the first leg. The first leg includes a longitudinal slot and the second leg includes a flange and a longitudinal slot extending through the second leg and the flange. A second fastener extends through the slot in the second leg and is movable between an open position in which the fastener is spaced apart from the first leg and a closed position in which the fastener is positioned within the slot in the first leg.

The cushion sleeve also includes a barbed tongue extending from the first end or the second end of the cushion sleeve and slots located at the opposite end of the cushion sleeve. When installing the cushion sleeve, the barbed tongue is inserted through one of the slots and pulled until the cushion sleeve is tight around the cable bundle.

The rung insertion area is defined by a bottom, sidewalls extending from the bottom, and gussets extending from the bottom and positioned between the sidewalls. Each sidewall includes a top and two curved arms and each gusset includes a top and two sides. Slots are formed between each curved arm of the sidewalls and each side of the gusset. A ladder rung is inserted in the slots of the bracket to secure the ladder rung to the bracket.
