    Abstract: A heat exchanger including a nozzle having a first inlet adapted to receive a pressurized chemical and a second inlet adapted to receive a pressurized gas. The pressurized chemical combines with the pressurized gas in the nozzle to form a mist. A chamber heated by a heated gas and being coupled to the nozzle. The heated gas vaporizes at least a portion of the mist within the chamber to create a fog.
