  • Patent number: 10925396
Abstract: A storage cabinet is disclosed. The storage cabinet includes a housing, a movement system and a computing device. The housing includes a plurality of walls and a door. The walls and door define an internal storage cavity. The movement system is operatively connected to the door and configured to control vertical movement of the door. The movement system is configured to move the door between, at least, a fully closed and fully open position based on inputs provided by a user. The computing device is operatively connected to the movement system. The computing device includes a processor and memory. The memory stores instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to receive an input from a user, and generate control signal(s) for the movement system based on the input from the user. The control signals cause the movement system to move the door into a different position.

  • Patent number: 10905263
Abstract: A mirror system includes a base mirror assembly and an adjustable mirror assembly. The adjustable mirror assembly is coupled to the base mirror assembly. The adjustable mirror assembly includes an adjustable hinge system that facilitates movement of the adjustable mirror assembly relative to the base mirror assembly. The adjustable hinge system includes a first bracket, a second bracket, a hinge, and a third bracket. The first bracket is coupled to the base mirror assembly. The second bracket is coupled to the first bracket. The hinge is coupled to the adjustable mirror assembly. The third bracket is coupled to the hinge and the second bracket. The third bracket is coupled to the second bracket via a first screw such that the base mirror assembly is coupled to the adjustable mirror assembly. Rotation of the first screw causes movement of the adjustable mirror assembly relative to the base mirror assembly.

  • Patent number: 10485390
Abstract: A lid for a toilet including a bottom surface that faces a top surface of a seat for the toilet when the seat is in a lowered position proximate to a bowl of the toilet. The bottom surface of the lid has a sweeping profile that extends along at least a portion of the bottom surface of the lid and is configured to engage the top surface of the seat. A uniform gap between the seat and lid is defined by the sweeping profile of the lid and the material thickness of the lid when both the lid and the seat are in a lowered position.

  • Patent number: 10000913
Abstract: A faucet includes a spout; a sprayhead that is moveable relative to the spout between a docked position and an undocked position; a magnet associated with the spout and having a bore; and a magnetically responsive collar associated with the sprayhead and moveable relative to the magnet in an axial direction as the sprayhead moves between the docked and undocked positions. In the docked position, magnetic forces between the magnet and the collar attract a center of the collar to align with a center of the magnet in the axial direction with the collar in the bore of the magnet.

  • Patent number: 9657466
Abstract: A faucet that includes a spout and a sprayhead movable between a docked position, in which the sprayhead is in contact with the spout, and an undocked position, in which the sprayhead is spaced apart from the spout. The faucet also includes a hose assembly that includes a tubular portion having an inlet end and an outlet end and configured to provide fluid through the spout to the sprayhead and a magnetically responsive end portion coupled to the outlet end of the tubular portion and freely and rotatably received within a portion of the sprayhead. A magnet is located in the spout such that when the sprayhead is in the docked position, the magnet magnetically attracts the magnetically responsive end portion so as to retain the sprayhead against the spout.

  • Patent number: 9506229
Abstract: A faucet is provided. The faucet has a spout and a sprayhead releasably coupled to the spout. A hose having a magnetically responsive collar thereon provides fluid through the spout to the sprayhead. A magnet is located in the faucet such that when the sprayhead is coupled to the spout, the collar magnetically couples to the magnet, thereby applying sufficient magnetic force to the hose to retain the sprayhead against the spout.

  • Patent number: 9462919
Abstract: A toilet includes a seat, a bowl and a damper locking mechanism that allows the seat to rotate relative to the bowl with an influenced inertia. The damper locking mechanism includes a hinge base having a biasing member and an interior surface that defines a bore and a damper having an exterior surface that engages the interior surface. When the damper is disposed in the bore, the biasing member imparts a radial force to bias the damper into the hinge base and remove a looseness between the seat and the bowl.
