Patent number: 11415383Abstract: A weapon safety system with a target and a weapon with an automated lock. Each target is associated with an emitter which transmits a clearance signal that encodes an identifier. The encoded identifier may release the automated lock when received by a receiver attached to the weapon. In order to restrict the positions and orientations from which the weapon can fire to those surrounding the desired targets, shooting is enabled and the automated lock is released, when the following conditions are met: the clearance signal is received by the receiver, so that the receiver is within a first enablement area generated by a first aperture in the emitter; a measured optical power is above a predefined threshold; and the encoded identifier is validated.Type: GrantFiled: January 22, 2018Date of Patent: August 16, 2022Assignee: Rade Tecnologías, S.L.Inventors: Raúl Delgado Acarreta, Rubén Robles Pérez, Andrés Yago Loscos, Diego Lorente Algora, José Cuesta Álvarez

Patent number: 11209239Abstract: Firearm stock of the type which comprise an electronic control unit in said stock and comprising a receptacle with at least one opening in the stock comb and which is configured to receive a display device. It also comprises a battery configured to be connected to the display device and a control unit configured to receive data from the electronic control unit and send it to the display device. When the display device is installed it is housed in the receptacle and the user has visual access to it by the opening of the comb so that he has access to all the firearm information in his own line of sight when he is aiming. Furthermore, the stock is equally valid for left and right-handed people.Type: GrantFiled: January 19, 2016Date of Patent: December 28, 2021Assignee: Rade Tecnologías, S.L.Inventors: Raúl Delgado Acarreta, Rubén Robles Pérez, Daniel Osuna Sanz, José Cuesta Álvarez

Patent number: 11067367Abstract: Communication method and system for bidirectional data transfer among smart modules (101-111) attachable to a weapon (100), where messages are encoded by modulating an electric supply provided by at least one powered rail (200, 200?, 200?, 200??). At least two priority levels are defined among smart modules supplied by the powered rail (200, 200?, 200?, 200??). High-priority smart modules (600) are allowed to transmit high-priority data message (741) directly; whereas low-priority smart modules (500) are required to transmit a data transfer request message (723) and wait for a data transfer permission message (731), which is only sent when no high-priority data message (741) is being received.Type: GrantFiled: January 22, 2019Date of Patent: July 20, 2021Assignee: RADE TECNOLOGÍAS, S.L.Inventors: Raúl Delgado Acarreta, Rubén Robles Pérez, Diego Bernal Somavilla, José Cuesta Álvarez, Daniel Osuna Sanz, Eduardo Santesteban de la Concepción

Patent number: 10935337Abstract: The device comprises a trigger and a first safety, the invention focusing on the fact that the device comprises a second safety which actuates independently of the first safety, said second safety comprising an actuating element and a safety body, made from a single piece or independent pieces joined together when they move, such that the second safety determines the state of the weapon, between at least a firing state and safe state. Likewise, the invention relates to the method for securing firearms.Type: GrantFiled: January 17, 2017Date of Patent: March 2, 2021Assignee: RADE TECHNOLOGIAS, S.L.Inventors: Raul Delgado Acarreta, Diego Lorente Algora, Ruben Robles Perez
