The system is also arranged to associate a usage policy set with a user device using the device identification information unique to the user device. The system is also arranged to determine a usage request from a user device and to allow or deny the usage request based on the at least one usage policy set associated with the user device.

Abstract: A bucket lid assembly for mixing contents of a closed bucket includes a lid that has flat portion and a channel portion is integrated into the flat portion. The channel portion releasably engages a bucket for closing the bucket. The flat portion is comprised of a translucent material to facilitate contents of the bucket to be visible through the lid. The lid has a mixer opening extending therethrough such that a mixing wand is insertable through the mixer opening. In this way the lid facilitates the contents of the bucket to be mixed while the bucket is closed with the lid.

Abstract: A garment includes a waist band and a pair of leg sleeves. The garment is made of an elastic material, such as woven elastane fibers so that the garment is skintight. The waist band of the present invention includes an inner pocket and an outer pocket that overlap one another. The outer pocket may be defined by a first panel and the inner pocket may be defined by a second panel. The first panel and the second panel may also be made of the elastic material. The inner pocket may store a firearm and the outer pocket may store a card to cover the trigger guard and prevent accidental discharge of the firearm.

Abstract: Flexible luminescent paints are prepared from physical blends of hybrid epoxy acrylic resins, cementicious acrylic resins and optionally pure acrylic coating resins together with monopropylene glycol, suspension additives, rheological additives and photoluminescent pigments. The luminescent paints exhibit bright, even and long-lasting photoluminescent afterglow, excellent flexibility in both thin and thick layers, and are suitable for spraying, brushing, rolling and screen printing. Optional fluorescent pigments may be utilized to give daylight coloration and up-convert the photoluminescent emissions to the fluorescent emissions color.

Abstract: There is disclosed a shock absorber which is contained within the head tube of a bicycle. The shock absorber has an outer cylinder that is rotationally received within the head tube and secured at its upper end to a handlebar support member, such as a gooseneck. An inner cylinder is slidably received within the outer cylinder and secured at its lower end to the fork that supports the front wheel. Each of the cylinders has longitudinal grooves, the inner cylinder having longitudinal grooves on its outer surface which align with longitudinal grooves on the inside wall of the outer cylinder. A plurality of bearing balls are received in the tracks which are formed by the longitudinal grooves of the cylinders and a thin-wall bearing retainer is concentrically received between the inner and outer cylinders having a plurality of apertures at predetermined spacing which are aligned along the bearing tracks, each of the apertures capturing one of the bearing balls.
