  • Publication number: 20230406603
Abstract: A system for holding multiple beverage containers may include a cooler or carrier with toting handles, closing tabs, and base. The base may be formed from a molded plastic, rubber or synthetic rubber material. The base may also include feet that hold the base a sufficient height from the ground. The base may have a generally conic tapering drain floor that makes up its top surface. The tapering drain floor may make draining the carrier easier by directing water toward a drain hole located in the base. Extending up from the base may be a multi-layer soft-sided wall where different layers perform different desired functions. For example, an inside layer closest to the internal cavity may be a waterproof layer, a middle layer may be an insulating layer, and an external layer may be a decorative layer.

  • Patent number: 11649018
Abstract: A pole light and base system that includes a pole light base configured to be secured to a gunwale of a watercraft. In practice, the pole light base might include a pole light tube and a female Universal Serial Bus connector. The pole light tube may have electrical contacts configured to engage respective electrical contacting portions of an all around light pole if an all around light pole is inserted into the pole light tube. In some cases, the system might include the all around light pole and light. The electrical contacts of the tube might include a positive contact electrically coupled to a first wire and a negative contact electrically coupled to a second wire. The first and second wire may be designed to connect directly to a 12 Volt watercraft battery. They may also connect to a boat fuse box that is connected to a battery.

  • Publication number: 20220338443
Abstract: A feed timer and control system and method are disclosed. In practice, a feed and control system might include a memory that maintains a feeding schedule, which may include a first feed setting with a start time that is related to a sunrise time for a given location and a feeding duration time. The system may also include a switch that is configured to close a connection between a power source and a motor at the start time. In practice, the switch may remain closed for an amount of time that is the same or nearly the same as the feeding duration time. The memory and the switch may be located within an enclose at least partially defined by a housing component of the system. In operation, the switch may be electrically connected to the motor and the power source even though the motor and the power source may be located outside the enclosure at least partially defined by the housing component.

  • Publication number: 20200172321
Abstract: A lining system for a cooler may include a waterproof container portion that defines an opening that has a generally cuboid shape and a volume of greater than 20 quarts. The bottom surface of the container portion as well as the walls of the container portion may be formed from a biodegradable polyester material. In addition, a drain tube may extend at least five inches from a wall of the container portion to allow a liquid collecting within the opening to drain from the waterproof container.

  • Patent number: 10341403
Abstract: A system for communicating media is disclosed. Such a system may include, for example, a media broken into a plurality of independent segment files that may represent sequential portions of the media. One of the segment files can be encoded to have a format that is different than the encoded format of another one of the segment files. The formats may be chosen to allow outputting of information in the segments at different rates. A list may include network addresses for the segment files, and a content delivery system may be deployed to distribute media content to remotely located requesting devices by sending the segment files in response to requests for the segment files.

  • Publication number: 20190145728
Abstract: A system for bow gripping is disclosed. A system incorporating teachings of the present disclosure may include a grip component configured to couple to a bow. In some embodiments, the grip component may interact and/or attached to an archer's lead hand. Some components may have a third metacarpal offset that encourages a grip angle of over twenty degrees. Depending on design goals, the encouraged grip angle may also be larger or smaller than twenty degrees. The grip component may also include a mechanism for attaching the component to an archer's bow or hand.

  • Publication number: 20190077290
Abstract: A system to hold a beverage container is disclosed. Such a system may include, for example, a platform having a top surface and a bottom surface. The platform may have a hole formed there through. As such, the platform may also define a vertical cross section through the diameter of the hole, and the cross section may have at least one chamfered corner. The hole may have a diameter between 2½ inches and 5½ inches. The system may also include a stretch fabric extending from the edge of the hole and beyond the bottom surface of the platform to form a generally cylindrical sleeve. The generally cylindrical sleeve may have an unstretched internal diameter that is less than the internal diameter of the hole.
