  • Patent number: 9484668
Abstract: A connector device comprises a connector and a mating connector connectable with each other. The mating connector comprises a mating primary terminal and a mating secondary terminal. The connector comprises a primary terminal, a secondary terminal, an operation member and a push-back mechanism. The operation member changes its state from an initial state to a second state via a second state. When the state of the operation member is changed to the first state, the primary terminal is connected to the mating primary terminal. When the state of the operation member is changed to the second state, the secondary terminal is connected to the mating secondary terminal. When the state of the operation member is changed to the first state, the push-back mechanism applies a push-back force to the operation member to change the state of the operation member back toward the initial state.

  • Patent number: 9287595
Abstract: A battery cooling structure is provided in which since a battery support member (43) that is disposed above a lower layer battery group (B4, B5) and supports an upper layer battery group (B6) on its upper face is formed so as to be hollow, and the upper layer battery group (B6) is cooled by a cooling medium that flows in an interior of the battery support member (43), due to the battery support member (43) having the dual function of supporting the upper layer battery group (B6) and cooling the upper layer battery group (B6), it is possible to cut the number of components and simplify the structure. Moreover, since the cooling medium flows in the interior of the battery support member (43) and does not come into direct contact with the upper layer battery group (B6), the upper layer battery group (B6) is not contaminated by the cooling medium.

  • Patent number: 9227582
Abstract: When a battery case (24) housing a plurality of batteries (42) is mounted on the vehicle body frame (11) that includes a cross member (20) extending in a vehicle width direction, the cross member (20) of the vehicle body frame (11) is disposed within the recess portion (39b), extending in the vehicle width direction, that is formed in the battery case (24), and therefore, it is possible to mount the battery case (24) while avoiding interference with the cross member (20). Although the intermediate part in the fore-and-aft direction of the battery case (24) housing heavy batteries (42) is susceptible to downward deformation, it is possible to prevent deformation of the battery case (24) by fixing the recess portion (39b) of the battery case (24) to the cross member (20) by fixing means (54).

  • Patent number: 9216638
Abstract: In a structure for mounting a battery pack on a vehicle, even if a battery case housing a plurality of batteries is disposed beneath a floor panel, due to an internal cable within the battery case being disposed above the batteries, it is possible to prevent the internal cable from becoming wet. Furthermore, if the internal cable disposed above the batteries were connected to an external cable via a high voltage connector without changing the height, the height of the floor panel would increase to thus constrain the vehicle compartment space, but since the high voltage connector is disposed at a position that is lower than the upper end of the battery, it is possible to decrease the height of the floor panel by disposing the external cable at a low position, thereby ensuring the vehicle compartment space.
