  • Publication number: 20240120575
Abstract: A battery cooling structure for a vehicle includes a housing case including a housing part and a cover having an intake hole, the housing case having an internal space as a placement space in which a battery module is disposed; a first duct positioned outside the housing case and provided with a first communicating part that communicates with the intake hole; and a second duct positioned inside the housing case and provided with a second communicating part that communicates with the intake hole. The battery module is provided with battery cells and a high-voltage component that couples the battery cells. Cooling air flows from the first duct to the battery module via the intake hole and the second duct. The first duct is configured to be displaced relative to the second duct when an impact is applied to the first duct due to a collision of the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20240039075
Abstract: A cooling structure for a battery mounted on a vehicle includes a battery assembly, an air inlet, a heat exchanger, and a cooling passage. The battery assembly includes battery modules that are arranged along a front-rear direction of the vehicle. The air inlet is positioned on ahead of the battery assembly in the front-rear direction. The air inlet is configured to allow outside air to blow through the air inlet during traveling of the vehicle. The cooling passage is configured to allow a heating medium for cooling the battery modules to circulate between the battery assembly and the heat exchanger. The battery assembly is configured so that a battery module of the battery modules positioned closer to a rear of the vehicle in the front-rear direction is more cooled by the heating medium.

  • Publication number: 20230365378
Abstract: A housing unit includes: a linear material; and a housing body that houses the linear material. In the housing body, winding regions in which the linear material is wound are disposed in a circumferential direction. The linear material is wound in a figure eight in a first region pair constituted by a pair of the winding regions. The linear material is wound in a figure eight in a second region pair constituted by a pair of the winding regions that are different from the winding regions constituting the first region pair.
