    Abstract: A sliding member includes a substrate containing Fe as a main component and an alloy layer overlaid on the substrate and composed of a Cu-base alloy containing 6 to 12% by mass of Ni and 3 to 9% by mass of Sn. The alloy layer has a body layer and an intermediate layer. The body layer is formed of the Cu-base alloy, while the intermediate layer is composed of an alloy containing Ni, Sn, and Cu which are derived from the Cu-base alloy and Fe derived from the substrate. Taking side close to the substrate as a lower region and the other side as an upper region, a ratio of the total area of hard phases to the observation section of the upper region is 1.2 to 3.0, where the ratio of the total area of the hard phases to the observation section of the lower region is set at 1.

The learning device includes a learning unit that learns a model as a model when the pieces of input information are inputted, outputs a plurality of pieces of output information corresponding to the respective pieces of input information. The model includes a plurality of encoding parts that generate pieces of characteristic information indicating characteristics of the pieces of input information from the pieces of input information. The model includes a synthesizing part that generates synthesized information obtained by synthesizing the pieces of characteristic information generated by the encoding parts. The model includes a plurality of decoding parts that generate pieces of output information of different classifications from the synthesized information generated by the synthesizing part.

Distribution path determining section automatically determines a distribution path between cells. Distribution information extracting section extracts information regarding already determined distribution path. Prescribed-information recognizing section recognizes information on a prescribed portion (end or bend) of the distribution. Additional-distribution-data generating section generates additional distribution data for correcting the width of the prescribed portion. Additional-distribution-data lay-out section lays out the generated additional distribution data for the prescribed portion. This makes it possible to quickly obtain final pattern data in a state of designing a mask that is used for manufacturing a semiconductor integrated circuit device.
