The second fixing mechanism urges the lock member to the inner column in the tilt direction in response to the rotation of the operation lever. When the inner column moves toward a front side of a vehicle body in a state where the first fixing mechanism and the second fixing mechanism are fixed, the lock member separates from the tilt bolt.
