    Abstract: A thermoplastic elastomer composition: 41 to 70 parts by mass of component (A), 0 to 54 parts by mass of component (B), and 5 to 59 parts by mass of component (C) ((A), (B), and (C) being 100 parts by mass), with dynamic heat treatment with a cross-linking agent. Component (A): a propylene block copolymer having a melt flow rate measured in accordance with ISO1133.
