  • Patent number: 6896025
Abstract: In an adhesive tape adhering device, a small distance is provided between a bottom surface of an outer case and lower end surfaces of a pair of left and right side wall plates. A portion of the bottom surface behind a tape exit opening of the outer case is the same horizontal surface as that of a lower end surface of the side wall plate of the outer case. It is preferable that the pressing roller passes through the tape exit opening by a forward swinging operation of the inner case, and projects from the lower end surface of the side wall plate.

  • Patent number: 4793536
Abstract: A tape cutter for holding a roll of adhesive tape or the like and cutting the tape pulled out of the roll. After cutting, the tape end is in condition for easy pick-up at the next use without adhering to the cutter or the tape roll. When pulling the tape out of the tape cutter, the tape guide roller is pressed down by the tape so that the cutter holder carrying the tape guide roller will be pivoted to put the cutter into its operative position. After cutting, the cutter support and thus the cutter will get back to their inoperative retracted position.
