    Abstract: The present invention relates to liquid anhydrous compositions comprising a mono- or di-peracid having from 5 to 12 carbon atoms or a mixture thereof, an anhydrous peracid compatible organic solvent and a peracid compatible conventional detergent ingredient. These compositions are stable upon prolonged periods of time as well as in use conditions. These compositions also deliver improved bleaching performance in various washing conditions.
