    Abstract: A calibrating digital to analog converter (calDAC) architecture uses a low voltage memory to store the digital inputs of calDACs. The calDAC architecture includes a low voltage domain and a high voltage domain coupled to the low voltage domain. The low voltage domain includes a calDAC memory and a finite state machine (FSM). The high voltage domain includes a calDAC core, an interface circuit, and a bias control circuit coupled to the interface circuit. The interface circuit may be provided between the calDAC core and the low voltage domain. The bias control circuit is coupled to the interface circuit to generate a bias voltage for the interface circuit to drive switch transistors of the calDAC core.

User identifying information, which is included in the protection control information, is compared with information which is previously stored in the lost mobile terminal. When the user identifying information is identical to the information previously stored in the lost mobile terminal, the data which is stored in the lost mobile terminal is processed according to the user's data protection request which is included in the protection control information.

In the wireless data transport method performed using a mobile terminal, an IWF device and a server, a dialing is performed in the mobile terminal using a predetermined command with an identifier including an IP (Internet Protocol) address, and then RLP (Radio Link Protocol) between the mobile terminal and the IWF device is synchronized to establish a circuit-switched data (CSD) channel according to the command. Then, PPP (Point-to-Point Protocol)/TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) is performed in the IWF device according to the identifier, and a network interface channel is then opened by an AT (ATtention) processing unit of the IWF device according to the IP address of the identifier. Therefore, the mobile terminal can be connected directly to a network interface which is an Internet connect port, using a CSD channel which is preferred by network service providers, not using a modem.

    Abstract: A system and method for pursuing a missing cellular telephone are provided. The cellular telephone analyzes a control signal received from a mobile communication network. If the analyzed control signal corresponds to a missing mode setting signal, the cellular telephone enters a missing mode and transmits a position signal representing the current location at regular intervals. In the meantime, upon receipt of a missing mode release signal from the mobile communication network, the cellular telephone releases the missing mode. Further, the cellular telephone transmits the position signal at regular intervals beginning at termination of an incoming or outgoing call, when the missing cellular telephone answers the incoming call or makes the outgoing call in the missing mode.
