  • Publication number: 20230374535
Abstract: A method for producing an HSL protein with increased catalytic activity to oxidize a 4-HPPD inhibitor in a 2-oxoglutarate-dependent manner is disclosed. A method for producing a plant with increased resistance to a 4-HPPD inhibitor using the method for producing the HSL protein is also disclosed. It has been revealed that, by mutating position 140 to a basic amino acid in an HSL protein, the catalytic activity of the protein to oxidize a 4-HPPD inhibitor in a 2-oxoglutarate-dependent manner can be increased, and an activity of the protein to decompose the inhibitor can be increased.

  • Patent number: 10374480
Abstract: A motor includes a shaft disposed along a central axis extending in an up-down direction, a rotor assembly mounted on the shaft, a stator radially facing the rotor assembly with a clearance therebetween, and a plurality of busbars electrically connected to the stator. The busbar includes a first busbar and a second busbar. The first busbar has an upper disposed portion that is disposed above the second busbar. The second busbar has a busbar cavity that is recessed downward at a position that overlaps with the upper disposed portion in an axial direction.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 5, 2016
Date of Patent: August 6, 2019
    Assignee: NIDEC CORPORATION
Inventors: Hidehiro Haga, Yu Asahi, Takao Atarashi, Shunsuke Murakami, Satomi Takei
