  • Patent number: 10364810
Abstract: A reciprocating compressor is provided with a compression section which compresses gas, and a crank section which has a crankshaft and drives the compression section. The compression section is provided with a wall body portion which includes a cylinder and constitutes a wall body of the compression section, a cylinder head attached to the cylinder, a piston which reciprocates within the cylinder, a piston rod which couples the crankshaft and the piston, and at least one sealing member fixed to the wall body portion and disposed in the circumference of the piston rod. The wall body portion has a first boundary wall which forms the boundary with the crank section in the crank section side with respect to the at least one sealing member and acts as a division surface when the crank section and the compression section are separated.

  • Publication number: 20180216878
Abstract: A boil-off gas recovery system 1 includes a tank 2 storing liquefied gas, an oil supply type compressor 3b for compressing boil-off gas generated by partial evaporation of the liquefied gas in the tank 2, and a reliquefying system 9 for liquefying the boil-off gas compressed by the oil supply type compressor 3b and returning the liquefied gas that has been liquefied to the tank 2. The reliquefying system 9 includes a heat exchanger for oil constituent condensation 11 for cooling down the boil-off gas to a temperature equal to or lower than a condensation temperature of an oil constituent contained in the boil-off gas, a separator 14 for separating the oil constituent condensed by the heat exchanger for oil constituent condensation 11 from the boil-off gas, and a reliquefying portion for liquefying the boil-off gas from which the oil constituent is separated.

  • Patent number: 5823775
Abstract: Diamond bur A has base metal 1 formed with cylindrical shank 1b on one side of diamond bur A, and cutting portion 1a formed on base metal 1 on the other side of diamond bur A extending over a given length from an end of diamond A. A mixture 2 of various abrasive grains with three different grain sizes are secured to cutting portion 1a. Since various abrasive grains with different grain sizes are secured to cutting portion 1a, with the increase of load applied on artificial tooth, the number of abrasive grains contributing to cutting increases, and the machinability is improved. This tendency is equal to the machinability of the diamond bur on the market for cutting human dentin, or dental enamel.

  • Patent number: 5816807
Abstract: There is provided a rotary drilling instrument having uniform hardness, free from rust, and made of austenitic stainless steel possessing a hardness substantially the same as quenched steel or quenched martensitic stainless steel. The rotary drilling instrument is formed with a cutting section formed at one end of a body, a shank formed at the other end of the body, and a neck portion formed between the cutting section and the shank. The rotary drilling instrument is made of austenitic stainless steel having a fibriform organization elongated in a longitudinal direction and has a surface having a predetermined hardness.

  • Patent number: 4869788
Abstract: A dental diamond bar comprising a grinding section which has diamond abrasive grains electrodeposited on an outer peripheral surface of a forward end portion of a bar body. A paint-applied section has a colored paint applied to an outer peripheral surface of a part of the bar body. The paint-applied section is located adjacent a rearward edge of the grinding section. In a method of manufacturing the diamond bar, the colored paint is applied to the bar body to form the paint-applied section. Masking liquid is applied to the bar body to form a masking section. The masking section has a forward edge which is located between forward and rearward edges of the paint-applied section. The masking section extends from the paint-applied section toward a rearward end of the bar body. The masking section is removed after formation of the grinding section.
