The side includes a recess in which the secondary container is located when attached to the primary container. The recess is defined by two side walls extending laterally from a rear wall of the recess toward an outer surface of the side wall. The secondary container includes a top, a bottom and a side. The secondary container is attached to the primary container through a set of securing attachments, each including a protrusion and mating indentation. At least one of the walls of the primary container and the side of the secondary container includes the set of protrusions, and the other of the walls of the primary container and the side of the secondary container includes the set of mating indentations.

Abstract: Systems, computer-readable storage mediums, and methods for discovering and displaying media content related to an electronic document. At a first computing device, document identifying information—which is one of: at least a portion of a network identifier or source code for the electronic document—for the electronic document is obtained. One or more media entities associated with the electronic document are then obtained from a server. The media entities correspond to media content including scheduled TV programming, streaming media or locally stored media. A representation of a subset of the media entities is displayed, and a user selection from the representation of a respective media entity from the subset is obtained. In response, selection information identifying the respective media entity is sent to a second computing device, which is configured to access and display respective media content corresponding to the respective media entity based on the selection information.

Abstract: A cord grip has a conduit hub configured to be connected to an electronics housing. A bore is formed in the conduit hub and has a first end communicating with the electronics housing and a second end configured to be connected to a conduit. A wire seal retains electrical wiring and is located in the hub forming a liquid-tight seal between the first end and the second end. A channel for transporting liquid from the conduit has an inlet communicating with the conduit and an outlet communicating with the exterior of the electronics housing. An overmolded bond may be formed between the wire seal and the electrical wiring.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of processing caller experiences is disclosed. One example method may include determining a call event type occurring during a call and assigning a weight to the call event type via a processing device. The method may also include calculating a caller experience metric value representing a caller's current call status responsive to determining the at least one call event type, the caller experience metric being a function of the current event type weight and a discounting variable that discounts a value of past events. The method may also provide comparing the caller experience metric to a predefined threshold value and determining whether to perform at least one of transferring the call to a live agent and switching from a current caller modality to a different caller modality.

Abstract: Tenon-mounted lighting fixtures with high structural integrity are provided. In one embodiment, the lighting fixture has a housing that has an integrally formed tenon cradle, which is configured to receive a tenon of a light pole. A light source is also mounted on a bottom side of the housing. The tenon cradle is between a first bolt boss and a second bolt boss, and is in communication with a rear opening of the housing. The first and second bolt bosses may be integrally formed in the housing. The tenon cradle includes multiple ribs. An arcuate cross rib resides in a first plane in which a first bolt shaft of the first bolt boss and a second bolt shaft of the second bolt shaft reside. An axial rib intersects the arcuate cross rib and runs perpendicular to the first plane.

One example method may include detecting a message or post on a website over the Internet that matches a monitoring company's keywords or rules and processing the message by parsing the message and performing a natural language interpretation of the message and processing the parsed message to determine the user's topic of interest. In response, the method may further provide generating a response to the message based on the user's requested objective and sending the response to the user acknowledging the user's topic of interest. Live agents may be notified to check the status of a message and continually override automated message responses to ensure the integrity of the responses.
