The support member includes an axially elongated member with a pair of slots which face outwardly from the elongated member in opposite directions, or a combination slot and notch. Each slot or notch includes a floor and a wall portion which extends along the elongated member. The slots extend along axes which lie in planes that are selectively orthogonally oriented relative to the axis of the elongated member or non-orthogonally oriented relative to the axis of the elongated member.

The centers of each of the floors of the slots lie equidistant from the center of the axis.
