The container with separable laminated layers has a bottle shape including a tubular mouth, a shoulder continuous with the mouth, a trunk continuous with the shoulder, and a bottom continuous with the trunk. The trunk includes a squeeze area that is continuous with the shoulder via a circumferential step portion or a circumferential rib portion. The step portion or the rib portion is provided with a recess that is concave toward an inner side of the container.
