    Abstract: A modified polyolefin composition having excellent physical properties such as bending rigidity, bending strength, impact strength, and the like can be prepared by melting and kneading a mixture of a radical generating agent such as benzoyl peroxide, a porous filler, and a polyolefin composed primarily of propylene and, if necessary, a polar vinyl monomer at a high temperature above the decomposition temperature of the radical generating agent.
