  • Patent number: 11797908
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for fill modeling in hybrid last-mile deliveries. Hybrid last-mile delivery may refer to delivery of items in which a delivery vehicle meets customers at a pickup location at a specified time. Thus, instead of conventional last-mile delivery in which a delivery vehicle delivers items to an end point, such as a customer home, customers are to meet the delivery vehicle at a specified location and time to pick up items. The systems and methods described herein may include computational modeling of delivery vehicles and items to be delivered in a hybrid last-mile delivery to identify or select delivery vehicles and/or filling the delivery vehicles.

  • Publication number: 20230125879
Abstract: Systems and methods of using augmented reality (AR) with object recognition (OR) in a physical environment to advance a narrative may be provided. For example, the system may access narrative data representing the narrative. The system may, for a first node of the one or more nodes: generate a user interface associated with the narrative for the first node and access a first decision rule specifying a first physical object to be recognized to advance past the first node in the narrative. The system may further perform image recognition on an image of the physical environment, determine that the first physical object is in the physical environment based on the image recognition, transition from the first node in the narrative based on the first decision rule and the determination, and update the user interface to a second node in the narrative based on the transition from the first node.

  • Patent number: 11030841
Abstract: Improved blockchain technology includes a decentralized talent discovery protocol. The decentralized talent discovery protocol may run a talent contest using self-executing smart contracts for voting parameters, crypto-tokens to facilitate democratization of the contest, and a decentralized ledger for immutably storing a record of voting events. The smart contracts may automatically execute code that enforces agreed-upon rules for voting and compensation for various parties. The decentralized ledger may provide immutable and secure proof of voting and compensation rights. To vote for a performer during the talent contest, a voting user may provide crypto-tokens issued by the system in exchange for a vote or the crypto-tokens themselves may be pledged to a performer. The crypto-tokens obtained through voting may be distributed according to the smart contract. The outcome of the talent contest may be determined by the number of votes and/or amount of cryptocurrency pledged to the performer.

  • Publication number: 20200410443
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for interfaces and logistics tracking of hybrid last-mile deliveries. The systems and methods described herein may include improved interfaces that facilitate monitoring delivery vehicles and customers en route to meet at a pickup location and logistics to facilitate such pickups, such as through dynamic queuing and pickup tracking.

  • Patent number: 10504233
Abstract: Disclosed are improvements to augmented reality technology by augmenting a physical scene of a live performance via images projected onto three-dimensional physical scenes with real-time IR signal detection for driving augmentation of the live performance. For example, an improved projection mapping technique is disclosed in which a physical object is augmented with a projection image that is projected onto a physical scene. In some instances, the projection may be made in accordance with a timeline. The timeline may be used to synchronize other actions and behaviors of the system as well as the actions of live performers such as actors and users such as audience members. In some instances, the projection images may be driven by audience or other inputs to the system, such as sensor-based inputs. The sensor-based or other inputs may also or alternatively drive physical components such as actuators that impact the real-world objects.

  • Patent number: 10474687
Abstract: A system and method is disclosed for aggregating networked content, and allowing user to obtain an unlimited number of engagements relating to networked content. The system may publish a ranking of users based on the number of engagements obtained by the users. Such ranking may facilitate highlighting or otherwise setting apart those users who have obtained more engagements relating to content, thereby allowing a user or user's content to be noticed by others, even among a vast number of networked content that is available.

  • Patent number: 10140365
Abstract: The disclosure relates to systems and methods for facilitating co-play and download of artist specific client applications via user-provided playlists that includes songs playable only through a respective artist specific client application. A playlist may include songs from a plurality of different artist specific applications. A given artist specific application may be created and branded for a particular artist, whose music may be playable only through a corresponding artist specific application. Because a given song may only be played/accessed from a corresponding artist specific application, a playlist that includes songs from different artist specific applications may cause artist specific applications to be activated (e.g., opened, placed in the foreground, etc.) when a song included therein is next in line to be played. Artist specific applications that have already played a song in the playlist may be de-activated (e.g., closed, placed in the background, etc.).

  • Publication number: 20170024469
Abstract: The disclosure relates to systems and methods of aggregating social content of an entity and provide the social content through an entity-specific application that is customized for the entity, according to an implementation of the invention. The entity may include, for example, an artist (e.g., a musician, singer, etc.) for whom a customized artist-specific application is generated. The entity-specific application may be provided as a mobile application that executes on a user device used by a user. The social content may be aggregated from third party social media platforms and may be provided along with other content, such as an artist's music. The other content, including music, may be made available only through the entity-specific application. Entities such as artists may monetize their social and other content based on usage of their entity-specific applications by users, encouraging such entities to promote usage of their applications.

  • Patent number: 9465869
Abstract: A unified player interface executing at a user device may include a section that displays songs that are associated with a first Artist Specific Application (ASA) of a first artist installed at the user device. The unified player interface may include another section that displays other ASAs, each associated with a respective artist, installed at the user device. Selection of another ASA may cause music from the selected ASA to be played. Such selection may cause the selected ASA to be launched and its unified player interface to be launched, essentially replacing the unified player interface that was previously displayed at the user device. The unified player interface may include another section that displays music that is not associated with an ASA installed at the user device. For example, the unified player interface may search for locally stored music or streaming music source and display them for selection.

  • Publication number: 20160224665
Abstract: The disclosure relates to systems and methods of generating artist-specified dynamic albums that include music that may be changed with or without intervention by a user at a user device at which a dynamic album has been stored, according to an implementation of the invention. A dynamic album may include a set of songs provided through an artist specific application installed at a user device. The system may modify the dynamic album based on one or more album parameters that specify a change to be made to the set of songs. For example, the one or more album parameters specify the removal of one or more songs from the dynamic album, the addition of one or more new songs, the replacement of one or more songs, a rearrangement of (e.g., shuffling) the order of one or more songs, and/or other change to the set of songs.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to systems and methods of creating and managing artist specific applications in an integrated platform to provide artist content such as music and other content to users through the artist specific applications. The system may facilitate monetization of artist content provided through an artist specific application that is created and branded specifically for the artist. The system may monitor user activity related to the artist specific application and determine a revenue amount to be provided to the artist based on the user activity. In this manner, artists may benefit from creation of an artist specific application by monetizing artist content provided through the artist specific application. Furthermore, the system may change the music or other content provided through the artist specific application in response to artist input, allowing the artist to control what their fans listen to or view through the artist specific application.
