The MAC PDU may include a MAC PDU associated with a contention resolution identity (CRID) in the MAC PDU. The UE determines whether a MAC SDU is present or not in the MAC PDU, based on the MAC SDU indicator associated with a CRID in the MAC PDU in a state in which the CRID matches the CCCH SDU.
